Refund policy - Please be fully aware of refund policy before registering.

If the tournament is fully cancelled a $250 refund will be given.

First games in your age group of pool play have started and the tournament is cancelled, a $100 refund credit for a future event will be given. If two or more games in your age group have started, no refund will be given.

No refund for any team withdrawing 120 days prior to event unless replacement team can be found.

No refund for any team withdrawing 30 days prior to event.
